Carl Magne Rustand is currently serving as the Country Manager for China at Kongsberg Maritime. With a background as a master mariner, Carl began his journey with Kongsberg Maritime in 2007. Over the years, Carl has had the privilege of working in various roles within the company, ranging from product management to business development. His experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of the maritime industry and the strategic insights necessary to drive growth and innovation. In addition to his professional roles, Carl has been actively representing Kongsberg Maritime in industry-relevant non-governmental organizations (NGOs), where he has had the opportunity to foster collaboration and build strong relationships within the industry.
