This Privacy Policy contains information about how NBA China processes personal data relating to you when you use the products and services offered by NBA China.
This Privacy Policy is drafted to comply with the obligations under the GDPR to provide information to you relating to the data processing activities carried out. Unless otherwise defined in this Policy, the terms used shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the GDPR.

NBA China is the data controller for the personal data processed by the NBA China through www.norbachina.com (the "Website"), including application for membership and/or related services. NBA China collects personal data from you when you use the Website together with related functionalities, including contacting NBA China and application for membership.
NBA China collects and processes the following personal data: name, e-mail, phone number, occupation/position, nationality, address, IP-address and your company connection.

Personal data is processed for purposes relating to your use of the Website together with related functionalities, including contacting NBA China and application for membership. The legal basis for processing of personal data is consent, in accordance with GDPR article 6 no. 1 (a).
