He joined DNV since 2007 as Maritime Surveyor and became Business Development Manager Certification Greater China in 2012. He was appointed as Cross Business Areas Collaboration Manager DNV Regional Greater China to provide one-stop-services to customers on decarbonization and digitalization. He deeply involved in DNV strategy and bring the voices of Asia to the board to ensure DNV's growth in Asia and help it take leading positions in the region.
