Save the date | Mar 29: Annual General Meeting

Dear NBA members,

Norwegian Business Association China is pleased to invite all our members to attend the Annual General Meeting for the year of 2022 on Tuesday March 29th. Hopefully we will be able to host the AGM both physically in Shanghai and online for those who are unable to meet. It is up to the AGM to approve the Annual Report 2021, including the statement of accounts, elect the new board of directors and chairperson, and vote on potential changes to NBA’s articles of association. 

Are you NBA's next board member or chairperson?

We encourage all corporate members to send their nomination for potential board members and chairperson to be elected at the AGM by 14th February. Corporate members that would like to contribute to the Norwegian business society are encouraged to put forward your candidacy for election. If you have a candidate in mind, please notify us via [email protected] as soon as possible and preferably before the aforesaid date. Similar as before, all candidates will be given speaking time at the AGM to introduce themselves and seek votes from the NBA members.

Changes to articles of association

Members who would like to propose changes to the NBA articles of association must send the proposed changes to the Administration within the deadline on 14th February, so it can be included in the documentation that will be sent to members in advance. According to the 2021 AGM, it will not be possible to propose changes during the AGM. 

Documents related to AGM will be sent to members minimum 2 weeks prior to the meeting.

Time: 18:00-21:00 (Registration from 17:30, 30min)

Venue: Info on venue will be announced later. Dinner will be served.
